Q&A session with: Dustin Ellenberger

What problems do you enjoy solving?

I love being part of a team that solves the problems that are holding back a business.  When teams come together with a ‘whole brain’, wonderful things are the result and everyone comes out a better leader and business person for the interactions in solving the problem.

What are the things you depend on or that just make life easier?

My support network.  Everyone needs one, and the most successful people have the widest reaching networks.

How you give back to the community and industry?

I look forward to being a part of the wonderful community outreach that Welty participates in often.  It was one of the things that drew me to the company.

What you hope my legacy in the construction industry will be?

I hope I can contribute to the growth of the company and the industry in whatever roles come my way.  I am excited to play my part, no matter how small, in helping to shape cities and towns around this wonderful place of Ohio.

What inspires you?

The look you get from someone when they have learned something from an interaction with you.  That subtle look of appreciation when the lightbulb turns on and they will be a better leader because of it.
