Welty Energy Annual Meeting 2026

Welty Energy’s 2026 Annual Meeting: Celebrating Our Journey and Powering What’s Next

This year’s Welty Energy Annual Meeting was all about coming together and celebrating where we’ve been, where we’re headed, and the people who make that journey possible.

Held at the DoubleTree in Fairlawn, the meeting brought together team members from across all locations for a full day of connection, collaboration, and forward-thinking conversation.

Reflecting on 2025 & Looking Ahead

We began the day with an overview of 2025—what we achieved, how we performed, and the key takeaways that will guide us moving forward. Project managers and their teams shared stories from major ongoing projects, highlighting the expertise, innovation, and teamwork happening across Welty Energy.

Leanna Gensler, our Chief Human Resources Officer, provided insight into the evolving needs of the organization, discussing workforce development and the support required as Welty Energy continues to scale.

CEO & President Tony Ameo wrapped up the presentations with a strategic look at the future and his vision for where Welty Energy is headed.

Collaboration, Connection, and Some Friendly Competition

Alongside full sessions of meaningful dialogue and learning, the day also included enjoyable breakout competitions that brought energy, laughter, and team spirit into the mix.

Every year, our Annual Meeting gets better, and this year was no exception. The event truly reflected the teamwork, unity, and shared purpose that define Welty Energy.

Wrapping Up the Day: A Night at the Races

To close out a full day of learning and collaboration, we ended with A Night at the Races—an evening filled with lighthearted competition and camaraderie. Team members enjoyed:

  • Horse races to bet on
  • Raffle baskets
  • Card games
  • And plenty of fun to unwind together

In addition, our team came together to raise over $3,700 in support of the Wounded Warrior Project, a nonprofit dedicated to serving post‑9/11 wounded, ill, and injured veterans and their families. WWP provides mental, physical, emotional, and financial wellness programs at no cost to veterans, helping them navigate the transition to civilian life, build community connections, and receive critical care and advocacy support.

Their mission—to honor and empower wounded warriors—aligns deeply with our values and commitment to supporting those who serve.

A Team Worth Celebrating

We wrapped up the day feeling energized, aligned, and proud of all we have accomplished together. Our dedicated employees are at the heart of everything we do, and their commitment continues to drive Welty Energy forward.
