    Gretchen brings deep expertise in project and portfolio management for electric utility infrastructure, with a proven record of guiding complex initiatives from concept through construction. Over her career, she has successfully managed more than 200 transmission line and substation projects, overseeing all phases including siting, permitting, civil and electrical design, protection and controls engineering, material procurement, and construction execution.

    With a strong focus on strategic planning and disciplined project delivery, Gretchen excels at establishing clear goals, optimizing schedules, and monitoring progress to ensure timely, efficient outcomes. Her leadership extends across multidisciplinary teams, where she fosters alignment, accountability, and transparent communication.

    Her combination of technical understanding, organizational rigor, and collaborative leadership makes her a driving force behind successful project execution and a key contributor to the company’s long‑term operational excellence.
