Jayne Miller

Jayne Miller is an Associate at Welty Development, where she plays a key role in identifying and advancing strategic development opportunities across Ohio and the surrounding region. Her work spans market research, financial modeling, and stakeholder engagement, supporting the full lifecycle of complex real estate projects. 

She is responsible for analyzing demographic and economic data, researching market comps, and preparing investment materials and internal reports. Jayne collaborates with municipal officials, landowners, and brokers to navigate zoning regulations and incentive programs, ensuring each project is grounded in community needs and regulatory feasibility.  

Outside of her professional role, Jayne gives back through board service with Main Street Medina and Magical Theatre Company, supporting local arts and downtown revitalization initiatives.
