Project 404

Welty Building Company is the lead Construction Manager on the expansion of a Confidential Client Manufacturing Factory. Project construction will include the demolition, renovation, and addition to the existing manufacturing factory space. This includes the setting of around 30 additional misc. holding tanks, associated processed piping, and restructuring the building envelop to encompass the additions. In addition, the project consists of a general site work and regrading to make room for a new-build office space, new-build rail unloading building (rail spur), structural pipe bridge, and water run off pond.
