Welty was the Construction Manager at Risk for this
20,000 SF renovation of a highrise in Downtown
Columbus. Throughout the six month construction
period, Welty worked to adhere to and be vigilant of very
strict building regulations, including delivery of materials.
Quality control for this project was imperative, as finishes
were very high. The renovated office space is open and
modern, resulting in a unique workspace for all Calfee
employees. This project was completed on time and on
budget.
