Bridgeview Apartments

Welty is the Construction Manager for the renovation of 17 apartment units that have sustained damage due to a fire. The scope of work includes the repair of all affected units, which vary in structure, encompassing both two-level and three-level layouts, and six of those being penthouse decks. The renovation process involves complete installation of new drywall, followed by taping, sanding, and painting to ensure a fresh and updated appearance. New flooring will be laid down to replace any that was damaged. In the kitchen area, 15 units are undergoing a complete rebuild, which includes the installation of new countertops, cabinetry, and vanities, revitalizing the space with a modern touch. The project also addresses the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems—any components that had been damaged were re-worked or replaced as necessary to meet current safety and operational standards.
