The Welty Engagement Committee’s mission is to empower our employees to enable engagement within our communities while creating opportunities for personal and professional growth, collaboration, and meaningful contributions to the greater good. With a focus on advocacy, volunteerism/team building, and career growth, we are working to foster positive growth for our community and employees.
