    OWNERS REPRESENTATIVE PROJECT MANAGER

    Paul is a seasoned construction leader with more than 30 years of hands‑on experience managing diverse projects and guiding teams through every phase—
    from planning and design to execution and closeout. As the former owner of JB Construction and now an Owner’s Project Manager with inSITE Advisory Group, he brings a unique blend of entrepreneurial insight, field experience, and strategic oversight. His background in running his own company shaped
    his commitment to safe, efficient, and high‑performing jobsites, as well as his ability to balance budgets, schedules, crews, and client expectations. At inSITE, Paul serves as the owner’s representative, staying closely connected to both the field and stakeholders to ensure projects are executed safely, strategically, and in alignment with client goals. Known for his leadership, problem‑solving, and adaptability across project types, he consistently elevates project performance while providing clear communication, strong technical expertise, and dependable guidance from start to finish.

    Community Involvement

    Volunteer with Norton 4 cities compact classes during the school year. My wife and I, along with our two children,
    volunteer a few times a year to help feed those less fortunate around our community and other
    communities

    Why you love what you do?

    I get great satisfaction from helping businesses grow and create jobs. It is rewarding professionally but also makes our region stronger and a better place to live.

    If you could build anything, what would it be and why?

    Time machine- repair or reconnect with people, show up differently, spend more time with people I miss.
