Dustin brings over 28 years of experience in finance and operations, having worked with both diverse publicly traded companies and smaller privately held businesses. His expertise spans leadership roles in consumer goods, manufacturing, and distribution organizations. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Dustin enjoys a fulfilling family life with his wife of over 27 years and their two wonderful children, a daughter and a son. Much of his time outside of work is spent at ice rinks, supporting his children who play ice hockey. With a rich career history that includes serving as CFO for two esteemed companies and experience in accounting, finance, and even as a director of manufacturing and product manager, Dustin also finds joy in outdoor activities when not immersed in the world of hockey.
I love being part of a team that solves the problems that are holding back a business. When teams come together with a ‘whole brain’, wonderful things are the result and everyone comes out a better leader and business person for the interactions in solving the problem.
