Bounce Innovation Hub is an open innovation center in downtown Akron that serves Northeast Ohio’s entrepreneurial and small business communities. Welty is the Construction Manager for the renovation of Bounce. The 27,000 SF renovation transformed the ground floor from light manufacturing space into a welcome environment for resident companies, visitors, and those interested in innovation. The new space includes an updated entryway, office space, co-working space, a makerspace, cafe, meeting areas, conference rooms, and an eSports lab for The University of Akron.
