New Elementary and High School Renovations

Welty has partnered with Woodridge Board of Education to provide pre-construction and construction management services on two projects: a new Elementary School and a High School renovation and addition. This new Elementary School will combine two existing elementary schools into one. Grades K-5 include approximately 900 students who will learn in the new 132,858 SF, 2-story facility that will include classrooms, a library, cafeteria, main gym, auxiliary gym, and multiple “Classrooms of the Future” with upgraded technological capabilities.

In addition to the construction of a new elementary school, Welty was contracted to construct the new High School gym addition. This single-story addition is approximately 20,000 SF and includes new public restrooms, a new entry and additional parking.
