    Welty was selected to be the Construction Manager for renovations and additions to Cardinal Retirement Village. An existing 2,777 square foot building will undergo a renovation, including new lighting and a new rooftop. The project also includes a 3,284 square foot addition with a new fireplace, new cabinets, and a new roof with sky lights.
