Addition Provides Living Space for Residents

Welty Building Company was contracted to build a new, 2-story facility on St. Luke Lutheran’s campus. The 41,000 SF addition includes 24 rehabilitative units and 19 assisted living units. The entrance features a Main Street concept with a large therapy room, gift shop, spa, welcome center, and sitting room. This addition aids St. Luke in delivering their mission of providing
faith-based services to enrich the lives of older adults. The project was completed in 2016.
