Visitors to Akron Zoological Park encounter a variety of Welty-managed projects. From the 30,000-square foot timber-framed Welcome Center to the 16,000 gallon pool at Penguin Point to the LEED® certified Komodo Kingdom – many of the zoo’s latest attractions were completed on-time and on-budget under Welty’s guidance.
