The Project
Welty Building Company has partnered with Fred Oliveri Construction to complete $15.5 million of renovations at the Pro Football Hall of Fame in Canton. The Pro Football Hall of Fame project, set to kickoff in September of 2011, includes a newly designed entrance and orientation area, expansion of the retail store, office relocation, an indoor event space addition, and upgrades to the HVAC and mechanical systems. The architect for the project is Westlake Reed Leskosky. “Much of the previous renovation work at the Hall of Fame was completed by Oliveri; and that paired with Welty’s experience and success on the Akron Art Museum and Inventure Place made this partnership a winner,” said Donzell S. Taylor, President and CEO of Welty. “We are pleased to pair with a great local firm like Oliveri and have the chance to be involved in a project that will help draw visitors from all over the country to Northeast Ohio.”
