The Project
<p>Welty Building Company was the Construction Manager for the new Central Administration Building for the City of Green. This new 52,000 square foot facility serves to consolidate almost all of the city’s services into one location, including offices for the Green Local School District. City and district employees share conference rooms, a lunchroom and restrooms. The facility was designed with water and energy efficiencies in mind. This was a publicly bid project which broke ground in December of 2007 and held its Grand Opening Celebration on October 1, 2009.</p>
