The Project
<p>This new 40,000 square foot church includes a 1,000 seat worship center and two education centers that house a nursery, preschool and adult/youth classrooms. The Western Reserve style building is masonry with a glass exterior wall, shingle roofing and air conditioning. Welty assisted the owner and the architect with the initial master plan of the design, budget preparations, acquiring competitive bids and construction management services.</p>
