The Project
<p>Welty Building Company constructed the newly revitalized downtown shopping, dining, retail and business area including buildings and new streets. The nine new buildings house retail and dining space, office space, a specialty food store and locations for future residential housing components. The new buildings total approximately 180,000 square feet.</p><p>The architecture and landscaping of the buildings remain within the strict guidelines set forth by the city’s architectural historic review board while maintaining consistency with the quaint Western Reserve style of architecture for which the City of Hudson is known.</p>
