The Project
Summa Health System and 65 Medina-area physicians partnered in order to build a comprehensive outpatient medical complex in Medina. Welty was hired as the construction manager for this 88,000 square foot facility which houses an ambulatory surgery center, a diagnostic testing center, physician offices, comprehensive radiation and medical oncology services.
