<p>Situated on 150 acres in|Hudson, Ohio, Welty Building Company constructed an Assisted Living Building, The Arbors of Laurel Lake Building, a Chapel and new Villas for the expansion to Laurel Lake Retirement Community. The Assisted Living Building is a new 3story, 27-unit Assisted Living facility that offers 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. Highlights include family dining and lounge spaces on each floor, a bank with an ATM, resident activity space and a large community café and grille. There is also a fireside garden atrium and an outdoor patio seating area. The Arbors of Laurel Lake Building creates a home for individuals with cognitive impairment. A spacious, family-style kitchen and dining area, greeting room, solarium, and sheltered courtyard for safe access to the outdoors are some of the features that residents enjoy.</p>
