73-Unit Complex Offers Urban Mixed-Use

Welty-Testa Builders is the Construction Manager for this new, multi-phase retail and housing development in Tallmadge. Phase I, which was completed in July 2017, includes 132,000 SF of mixed-use space. The first floor includes 41,000 SF of retail space. The second and third floors will showcase 61,600 SF of Low Income Housing Tax Credit Senior Housing in 48 units. Twenty-five market rate apartments will occupy 29,600 SF on the third floor. Phase II will be completed in late 2017.
