When the main source of your construction budget comes from donor gifts, every dollar is especially critical. As Construction Manager at Risk, Welty helped CVCA maximize their budget by saving significant construction costs, and compressed the schedule to allow CVCA to move into the new space ahead of schedule, in time for a new semester. The new addition to the CVCA campus included a multipurpose room, weight rooms, locker rooms, classrooms, athletic offices and an elevator.
In seven and a half months, we completed the project, on time and on budget and that kind of thing rarely happens in a construction project like this.
