Renovated Manufacturing Facility Provides Luxury Housing

Welty was the Construction Manager at Risk for the interior demolition and renovation of the Ohio Awning and Manufacturing Facility. The building, which was originally constructed in the 1890s, includes 59 high-end apartments with 26 unique layouts, three parking lots, as well as lower-level commercial space.
