Welty Facility Services Group (WFSG), a division of Welty Building Company, a Northeast Ohio construction management firm, and environments 4 business (e4b), a contract office furniture supplier, teamed to provide turnkey office solutions to The Trelleborg Wheel Systems Division. Trelleborg, a global engineering group in the polymer technology industry and based in Sweden, relocated their U.S. Wheel Systems Division Headquarters from Hartville to Fairlawn. The new space is home to approximately 35 people.
WFSG lead the build-out of the office space under the direction of WFSG President Patrick Oaks, and worked with e4b’s Director of Business Development, Brian Eichler, to furnish it for 14 private offices, 21 work stations, a conference center and a break room. All of the Trelleborg offices feature full-glass front office walls with 10-foot glass sliding doors, a unique line from Genius Wall System products.
Welty’s own resident architect, John Dodovich, AIA, provided the floor plan for Trelleborg’s new space highlighting Welty’s capabilities to provide construction management services at all levels.

All three companies – Welty / WFSG, e4b (Akron) and Trelleborg now reside in the same building on Ridgewood Road in Fairlawn Corporate Park.
