The LEED Green Building Rating System is the national benchmark for design, construction and operations of high-performance green buildings. The construction was completed by Welty Facility Services Group (WFSG).

The build out of the e4b office interiors retail space achieved LEED Gold certification by incorporating a variety of other sustainable strategies.
