Fairlawn, Ohio… Welty Building Company, LLC, is pleased to announce the appointment of Alan Pollack, President, Welty Cleveland Group. The announcement was made today by Don Taylor, President and CEO, Welty Building Company.
In the newly created position, Pollack will be responsible for overseeing the growth of Welty’s business throughout Cuyahoga County and northern Ohio, and overseeing all construction projects that take place in those regions.
“Alan is a proven leader and his experience and depth of knowledge with the Cleveland market, combined with Welty’s team of estimators, project planners and field supervisors creates a powerful force for our clients and prospects,” explained Taylor. “His hands-on approach to serving customers is directly in line with the Welty approach to doing business. Under Alan’s leadership, we’re looking forward to the Welty name becoming as well known and trusted in northern Ohio as it is in our home turf of Summit County.”
Prior to joining Welty, Pollack served as Vice President at Neshkin Construction in Cleveland. He spent 27 years with the company, overseeing several high-profile projects including the renovation of all luxury suites for the Cleveland Indians at Progressive Field and extensive renovations at GE’s Nela Park facility. He also headed the team responsible for the new construction of Positively Cleveland, an office and visitor center located in the heart of the city at East 4th and Euclid Avenue.
