The Project
The 41,000 SF renovations to The University of Akron's Auburn West Tower include: 1st Floor – 4 labs (2 Field Study Labs, 1 Molecular Lab and a Research lab) and 6 offices; 2nd Floor – 4 labs (Medical Device Lab, instruments Teaching Lab, Computer teaching lab and Tissue Teaching Lab) this floor also has 9 offices and a conference room; 3rd Floor – 4 labs(Bio Instrumentation Research, Bio Mechanics Teaching Lab, Spine BioMechanics Lab, and a Motion Lab) with misc office and design rooms; 4th Floor – 2 labs(CVD Lab and Research Lab) with offices; 5th Floor – 2 labs (Alternative Energy Lab, and Research Lab) with offices.
